Taylor Sweet Corn Festival creates many ‘Sweet Memories’

The Taylor Sweet Corn Festival celebrated the harvest of Taylor farmers’ primary crop–sweet corn.  The theme this year was Growing Sweet Memories, and this year’s grand marshals were Vance and Michelle Muder.

Entries in this year’s parade that received special recognition included, Stock UP Feed & Tack, which received the Cream of the Crop Award.

Black Diamond Auto Glass received the Lil Nibblet Award.

Hatch Family Farm received the AW Shucks Award.

The Centennial 6th Ward received the Golden Ear Award.

Hatch Realty received the Corny! Award.

The Sweet Corn Festival grand marshals were Vance and Michelle Muder.

Jake Hatch provided a wild ride for kids on his skidsteer, which also entertained everyone along the parade route.

Stock Up Feed & Tack was presented with the Cream of the Crop Award.

The Snowflake High School Flag Team and Marching Band entertained paradegoers.

The Centennial 6th Ward received the Golden Ear Award.

This year’s Sweet Corn Royalty included King Kaiden Hancock (left) and Queen Chandler Tenney (right).
