Brad Turley joined his father Louis and brother Tom on Monday, Aug. 21, 2017, with his brother Raymond and sister Dawn (she was more than an in-law) by his side. Services were held Aug. 26.
He was born to Louis Gene and Nancy Lee (Walker) Turley on Nov. 14, 1966. He was their fourth son, joining Raymond, Tom and Jack.
Brad lived in Holbrook most of his life. He was a Holbrook High School alumnus. He loved to go to the woods, go fishing and haul wood for himself and others. He hauled many loads of wood.
He had a heart of gold, and did many acts of kindness and love, much of it without wanting any recognition.
Brad and all three of his brothers were Eagle Scouts.
He was a handyman for many years, worked as a printer, could fix anything and had various jobs around Holbrook.
Brad was a great friend, and will be dearly missed by his family and many others.
Survivors include his mother, Nancy of Holbrook; his brothers Raymond (Dawn) of Perkins Valley and Jack (Karen) of West Valley, Utah; Aunt Carole (Ned) Ussher of Phoenix; Pam Egbert, the love of his life, and children and grandson, his nephews, nieces, and several great-nephews and nieces.
Norvel Owens Mortuary of Flagstaff was in charge of the arrangements.
